The photographer must have some experience in the area, I hope. Otherwise, I’d try the inner harbor area.
You live near me!! I suggest you travel down to Annapolis to get some calm shots of the bay. Or maybe a spot with a good view of the Inner Harbor? You decide… Good luck!!
