Does anyone know the name of the song and the composer of the traditional wedding music played at the end of the ceremony? I keep coming up with The Wedding March by Wagner, but I think that’s the “Here Comes the Bride” song used at the beginning of the ceremony.

You have it right…. The Wedding March is what is traditionally played at the end of a ceremony.
Wedding March – Felix Mendelssohn

The “Bridal Chorus” by Wagner is the traditional “here comes the bride” song and “The Wedding March” by Mendelssohn is the song traditionally used as the newlyweds walk back down the aisle.
Yes, the wedding march is the end.
You can pick whatever music you want. We used “Ode to Joy” by Beethoven. It’s classical, upbeat, and expressed how we felt being newly married walking back down the aisle together.
