I would try an elegant silver necklace if i were you, as the dress is simple and elegant, you could also try silver earings (Hanging ones)

With a low neckline like this, you want to do one of two things: draw attention to the plunge, in which case you would wear some type of drop pendant that nestles right in the hollow between your breasts or to draw attention to your face and break up the expanse of neck showing. In that case, you would want a simple metal necklace, probably of gold, whose tones match the cream color, or of creamy pearls. Consider your type of face before you decide. If you have a round or square face, the drop will lengthen your face and slenderize it. If you have a triangular or heart shaped face, the drop will elongate your chin and make your face look thinner and maybe hollow. If you are not sure, try one of each and see what you like. Earrings should be decided in the same manner. Longer earrings elongate your chin line.
I could see a necklace made of some of those new glass pearls that Swarovski has and some Swarovske crystals for sparkle, not too many, just enough to make you shine.
