I used a program called Printing Press to create my own wedding invitations and save the dates, as well as my mother's wedding invitations.

Click on this link to read about the software this company has: http://www.mountaincow.com/shop.SW.PW.html

Good luck!!!

A good website for ideas is: www.do-it-yourself-invitations.com
It is set up with step by step directions.
Quick Overview:
Oen a word processing system (such as MS word). Change the view to landscape and format it to two columns. Change the column spacing to one inch. Change the margins to .5 inches. Center and type in your text and copy it to the second column. You will need to trim half an inch from around the invites. They will be 5"X7".
You can play with fonts and stacking different papers. If you stack you will have to get change up the trimming. The papers can be kept together using ribbon in your colors.
You can get paper online or through hobby stories.
Good luck!

SendOutCards is an incredible online greeting card system where you select a card, create a message, personalize it with lots of features, click send and we do the rest. They print, fold, stuff and send your card for you. Is that cool or what? You can even send a gift card or a food item along with your greeting card or invitation.

I look forward to providing you the opportunity to try SendOutCards on ME. I’ll ask for you to go to http://www.CustomCardGuide.com and listen to a short video and then supply your information. I will be happy to take you through our walkthrough and show you how easy it is to make a beautiful greeting card or invitation from the comfort of your home.

Best Wishes,
