This is a three tiered square winter themed wedding cake. The entire cake is covered in fondant and each tier is detailed with sugar crystals. The ends of each Sweet Huck branch were decorated with a glass crystal which I hand glued. Very time consuming but fun. The spike borders were created using royal icing. This cake was a dessert fantatic’s dream come true! The top tier was banana layer cake with a banana fruit filling and banana buttercream icing. The middle tier was a chocolate butter cake with vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache. The bottom tier was a classic white wedding cake with a vanilla almond buttercream icing. DEELISH!!!
