Treat yourself to a visit to lovely Delaware Park
On a glorious, sunny afternoon with the temperature in the mid 60s, I took a friend for a walk around Hoyt Lake in Delaware Park. I had never done it before, and it was utterly fantastic. The view was amazing and it gave a feeling of peace and tranquility in the middle of the city.

The Cluster Tutoring Program is in need of additional volunteers to tutor students from Chicago’s Austin community from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on either Tuesdays or Thursdays. At the present time, there are more than 30 students on the waiting list.

Well, we did it — we said our vows in front of the people we love most, raised our glasses and danced under the stars at our reception, bid farewell to friends and families and our old lives, and jetted away on our honeymoon.
