We opened the box and just looked to make sure it was the correct one, but we never actually removed it from the box it was shipped in. on our wedding day when the cake arrived we went to remove it from the box and realised the figurine was broken into several pieces. Thank goodness I’m very handy with crazy glue. I do not know what kind of hell the package went thru but everything seemed 100% ok, no visable marks on the box/packaging. With this I believe the product was broken before shipment so I cannot recommend purchasing this or the seller we purchased it from.
