My fiance and I will be married in October. I have searched high and low for the “perfect” wording for our invitation, but can’t find anything that sticks out to me. This is both of our second wedding, we both have children, and want to include them in the wedding invitation. Any suggestions from some creative people would be very much appreciated. I was thinking of adding something like ” Please join us in witnessing our circle of love that will make us one” i dont know, what do you guys think?

Should I remain upset at his family? We performed a “Civil Wedding” that took only 3 hrs. His parents arrived half hr late! His cousins arrive 10 min. after the event was over, they did NOT introduce themselfs and still had the audacity to eat! We had no $$ to hire a photagrapher so we just used our digital cameras, all the photos were ruined because his nephews head pooped out in every shot not to mention he wanted the balloon decorations in which a lady handed to him so he wont cry….the stupid balloon came out in the background. None of his family brought us wedding gifts either! Which I thought was a bit rude since we had fed them $25 plates……..I am upset at
their lack of manners……….what do I do??? – a sad bride -

Temple wedding off limits to non-Mormon family
When Cheri Richardson’s son got married in the Mormon temple, she couldn’t go. Her son had converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which didn’t allow non-Mormons into temple ceremonies. Cheri wanted to remain close to her son, even while not attending the wedding.

Our Family Wedding
Sometimes, you wonder why a filmmaker even bothers. The new nuptials comedy, Our Family Wedding , is so bereft of ideas, so lacking in anything remotely fresh, humorous, interesting, or entertaining that you have to invent reasons for its existence. Did someone at the studio lose a bet?

‘Our Family Wedding’ leans on slapstick, stereotyping – Fri, 12 Mar 2010 PST
Instead of invitations, they should be sending out apologies for “Our Family Wedding,” a cake-and-kisses comedy that has disaster written all over it and not for the right reasons. Race as much as romance is at the heart of the matter with director Rick Famuyiw’a playing that card in nearly every scene – and a card shark he is not.
