POLL Talk of Bonita Springs, Estero, San Carlos Park fire merger heats up
There are three – not two – parties talking about taking their relationship to the next step: Bonita Springs, Estero and San Carlos Park. But if a full merger of fire districts is like marriage, then the participating districts seem to be in the midst of a long engagement. No dates have been set for voters, who would have to pass the measure in a referendum.
