Old Wedding Photos

Old wedding photos and old albums were not created using the same high quality materials as modern ones because printers simply didn’t have access to these materials. Photos can fade or become creased or damaged even if they are looking after well and this is especially true of very old photos. However, wedding photos should never be thrown away and can instead be updated, stored and restored using modern personalised photo gifts and photo items.

More recent weddings may have included a collection of digital photos now stored on disc, computer hard drive or even online and these too can hold many cherished memories. It is more likely that old and damaged wedding photos are paper print versions of the picture because unless the wedding was within the last few years this was the only way that wedding photos were delivered to the happy couple. The scanned images are a great way to keep a digital copy of the photo and they can be printed professionally in order to be added to items like a new personalized wedding photo album.

The cover of the photo album can be personalized with your choice of design or designs. The standard option for the cover means choosing a single photo and having this printed on both the front and the back of the album cover. Alternatively, you can use the scanned pictures or existing digital photos in order to create an incredibly effective photo montage and have this printed on one side and choose a single favourite photo for the other.

Photo albums are a traditional way of showing off photo collections for any reason or celebration but alternatives do exist. A custom photo book means that you can choose the photos you want in a digital format and then have these professionally printed on each and every side of the photo book pages.

My friend is getting married in January, and as her maid of honor, I’ve been asked to get ideas for the wedding party pictures to be held after the ceremony. Living in a suburban town and lacking an extravagant landscape, what are some ideas for a location for bridesmaids and groomsmen pictures?
