how do you make a DVD slide-show?

someone made a DVD slide-show of my wedding where it was set to music and the photos ran in and out in all different transitions. then someone made one for my brothers memorial service, same thing beautiful one picture at a time set to music with all different backgrounds and transitions. how do you do this? do you have to have a specific program or can you just do it with power point. if you’ve made one please tell me how, i am really interested in trying to do this with my boys baby pictures. thanks!

You can also burn the wedding slideshow to DVD disc by click the “Create DVD” button and put a DVD disc in your computer.
