Looking for a beach wedding thats handicap accessible?

I have my heart set on a beach wedding. I am from Kentucky so any beach will work as long as its not too far (NC, SC or northern FL). The problem is, is my brother is in a wheelchair and its very important to me that he is comfortable. I am thinking a deck, concrete area with beach veiw, or a peir of some sort. I am getting married in June. PLEASE HELP

My fiance and I have to pay for our own wedding, so we’re planning on doing an all-inclusive caribbean wedding that includes the actual ceremony if we stay 7 nights. So we can afford that. But we also want to celebrate when we return to the states with our family and friends, but we’re finding that the wedding receptions are the part that’s the most expensive. With about 80 guests, we need something we can do that’s under $3,000, but not a cheap-o kegger. Any ideas?
