<p>My mom got invited to a wedding from a young lady that she regulary sits next to at church.</p>
<p>She recieved the save the date a while ago, but the wedding is June 5th and she has yet to receive the invitations. Is it tacky to call the person and ask them what happened to the invitation?</p>
<p>We kind of assumed that maybe she had closer people to invite so had to let her go, but then the invite could have gotten lost in transmission. WHAT IS THE PROPER STEP TO TAKE?</p>
